Hello Ruff Club Community!
My name is Alex Klein, and I am the new owner of Ruff Club - it is an honor to be a part of this family. I am so excited to be announcing some key improvements (thanks to the many who have given feedback) to make the club an even more fun, engaging, and safe space for our pups.
Recent Revamps Made to Perk Up Your Pup's Day:
- Extended Play Hours: Say hello to even more fun times, as we now open our doors bright and early at 6:45 AM, waving goodbye only at 8:00 PM, to fit into your busy schedules seamlessly.
- Weekends: We are now open Saturday and Sunday from 9AM to 6PM
- Half-Day Flexibility: We understand that sometimes a full day might be a tad too long for your pup. That’s why we’re introducing half-day stays under 3.5 hours, giving you the flexibility to choose the best for your fur baby.
- Enthusiastic and Well-Compensated Staff: A happy team equals even happier pups! We're enhancing our staff's well-being to make sure your pups are met with the same warm, loving faces each time they visit.
- Upgraded Enrichment Program: More toys at the club, scheduled activities based on energy levels, and relief walks.
- Tailored Play Groups: Using movable gates, we can create smaller, specialized play areas for dogs with similar energy, size, and temperament.
Exciting Future Endeavors:
- Soothing Relaxation Zones: Our furry guests will soon enjoy serene corners equipped with comfy beds and crates for those much-needed breaks between play sessions.
- Overnight Boarding: Starting in November, we will provide sleepovers for pups, seven days a week.
Package & Pricing Refresh:
To facilitate these wonderful changes, we’re introducing a slight adjustment to our pricing structure:
- We are adding a new half day option for $40
- Our 10 pack is now a 12 pack, same price per class
- Our 20 pack is now a 24 pack, same price per class
- We have removed the 5 pack option
- Pick-Up Drop-Off is now $13.50 from $10
